Refund Policy – Gentle Fly Marketing

Gentle Fly Marketing provides premium design, development, and marketing services delivered under clearly defined project scopes and service agreements. Unless explicitly stated in a signed contract, all service fees, project deposits, and platform access charges are non-refundable once work has begun or digital assets, access, or deliverables have been provided.

If you believe you have been billed incorrectly or charged in error, please contact our support team at info@gentleflymarketing.cc. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, are granted solely at the discretion of Gentle Fly Marketing.

We reserve the right to update pricing, service tiers, or fees at any time. Any changes will apply only to future billing cycles or new agreements and will not affect invoices or payments already processed.

In the event of account suspension or termination resulting from a violation of our Terms of Service or project agreement, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused or remaining services.

Gentle Fly Marketing does not provide refunds or compensation for delays, scope changes, or service interruptions unless explicitly outlined in a formal written agreement.
