You may cancel your Gentle Fly Marketing service or subscription by submitting written notice before the start of your next billing cycle or renewal period. Cancellation requests received after a billing cycle has begun may not qualify for a refund and may be subject to applicable fees as outlined in your service agreement or project terms.
If your access to Gentle Fly Marketing services is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or contractual obligations, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining or unused portion of the service.
Upon cancellation or termination, account-related data may be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to download or back up any important assets, reports, or deliverables before account closure.
Gentle Fly Marketing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service tier, feature, or offering at any time. Refunds related to such changes will only be provided if explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
